​FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require a 48 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me.

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice there is a fee of 30% of services missed and will be due before a new appointment is made.

A $50 deposit is required for Hair & Scalp Evaluations. This deposit will go towards the total cost of your evaluation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hour of your scheduled evaluation & you will receive your deposit back or it will go towards your rescheduled evaluation. Cancelling in less than 48 hours will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

 

​Any “no call, no show” appointments may result in a no show fee of 100% for the service that was missed.

 

f you are running late, please give me a call as I only book a certain time dedicated to your service.

Running late may result in a $15+ charge.​​

 

RE-DO & PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:

I value my work and your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service I have a 7 day grace period for service fixes at no further expense to you. Please let me know within 7 days of your visit so that I can guarantee my work.

DISCLAIMER: If you are unsatisfied with your hair and choose to try to fix it yourself or by another stylist, the 7 day policy is null and void.

 Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 60 days from your initial purchase.Thank You!​
